1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.1 Services: Lucid Labs offers online video training, coaching (via Zoom), blogs, music, and the A.I. chatbot 'The Lucid Mirror'.

 

1.2 Intellectual Property: All content, including videos, texts, audio (music), and methodologies, is the property of Lucid Labs and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

 

1.3 Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Lucid Labs is not liable for indirect damages or decisions made based on the information provided.

 

2. COACHING & MENTORSHIP DISCLAIMER

 

2.1 Not Therapy: Coaching is focused on spiritual growth and identity, not on medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

 

2.2 Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for their own well-being. The coach acts as a guide, not as an authority.

 

3. TERMS OF USE 'THE LUCID MIRROR' (A.I.)

 

3.1 Nature: A reflection tool powered by external algorithms (OpenAI/Voiceflow). Lucid Labs does not guarantee the accuracy of the output.

 

3.2 No Professional Advice: The output never replaces medical, legal, or financial advice.

 

4. DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY: CANCELLATION & ACCESS

 

4.1 Digital Nature: Upon payment, the training is made available immediately via the learning platform and/or as a download.

 

4.2 Access Periods:
 - Basic Packages: 1 month access.
 - Premium Package “Jan Ruusbroec” (NL): 3 months access.
 - Premium Package “Reshaping the Prophetic” (EN): 6 months access.

 

4.3 Cancellation by the Customer: Cancellation can be done via the “My Subscriptions” page. There are no automatic refunds; access is maintained until the end of the paid term.

 

4.4 Cancellation by Lucid Labs: Lucid Labs may terminate access in case of abuse, copyright infringement, or sharing login details with third parties without the right to a refund.

 

4.5 Refunds: Due to immediate availability, payments are in principle non-refundable, except in cases of unsolvable technical problems (at the sole discretion of Lucid Labs).

 

5. PREMIUM LAB - ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

 

5.1 Content: In addition to the 3-month access (see 4.2), this package includes one (1) personal Zoom session (60 min) and access to the private Community Group.

 

5.2 Extra Coaching: Additional sessions (£75/session - or equivalent in EUR) can be booked and remain valid indefinitely. Cancellation < 24h = session considered used.

 

5.3 Community Etiquette: Privacy is essential. Networking is permitted provided it stems from genuine connection.

 

6. PRIVACY POLICY

 

6.1 Data: Processing of name, email, and date of birth (to verify legal age for entering into an agreement).

 

6.2 A.I. & Zoom: Do not share sensitive data in the chat. Zoom sessions are not recorded without explicit permission.

 

7. GOVERNING LAW AND ACCESSIBILITY

 

7.1 Governing Law: Belgian law applies exclusively to all agreements. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the district where the registered office is located.

 

7.2 Accessibility: We strive for WCAG compliance for all our digital services.

 

SHORT SUMMARY (FAQ)

Cancellation = no renewal / no refund. You maintain access until the term (1, 3, or 6 months) expires.
