Cancellation Policy
YOUR PERSONAL LAB SESSION: GUIDELINES FOR FLOW & FOCUS In order to make the most of our time together and maintain divine order, we apply the following agreements within your subscription: SESSION MANAGEMENT: Depending on your package, you are entitled to a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10 sessions. This means that the basic package does not include a personal coaching session. However, the Premium package offers one inclusive personal coaching session with a trainer. This inclusive coaching session remains valid for as long as your subscription is active. Use them strategically for your process. The basic package requires coaching sessions to be booked separately, with a maximum of 10 sessions. CHOICE OF COACH: For the basic & premium packages of the Flemish Mystic Training 'Jan Ruusbroec', coach Peter Parthoens is automatically assigned. For the basic & premium packages of the English-language training 'Reshaping the Prophetic', you are free to book with Peter Parthoens (NL/ENG) or Elena Goodearl (ENG), depending on availability in the shared calendar. We recommend staying with one coach for continuity, or switching for a different perspective. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: We reserve this time especially for you. Cancellations or rescheduling are possible up to 24 hours before the start. Cancellations within 24 hours will be considered 'used'. PUNCTUALITY: We start on time on Zoom. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be cancelled in order to protect the rest of the day's schedule (and the coach's energy).
